Escaping the cool Victorian months for a tropical wedding, Nicole and Chris were married on a picture perfect day at Trinity Beach, on the Cairns Northern Beaches, in a relaxed, yet intimate ceremony. Although familiar with the destination, the couple opted to take the stress out of sourcing suppliers and planning the logistics and had Dragonfly Weddings & Events take care of the details for them. Nicole and her bridesmaid wore simple yet stunning head garlands and bouquets featuring classic white roses with pops of purple and lush green. Making the most of their journey to Port Douglas along the Great Barrier Reef Drive, the newlyweds stopped at secluded, deserted beaches for photos, taken by Port Douglas Weddings. The ‘thongs-friendly’ reception was held at the Port Douglas Sugar Wharf with catering, furniture and lighting by Port Douglas Catering & Events.
